A few weeks ago we were invited along to attend a preview of the Knowledge Market. Located in Victoria Harbour, it is a creative hub for sharing ideas, experiences, and talent. You can attend workshops and classes run by unconventional mentors and facilitators which cover everything from having fun with dance, digital storytelling, to tackling social media for your brand, team building, and even indulge in some creative cooking.
The Knowledge Market is open to the public, seven days a week. Everyone from corporate teams, families to entrepreneurs are welcome to attend the workshops and classes.

Kelly Cube – From Farm to Table
Kelly Cube is a gourmet Ready-To-Cook Meal Kit. The cubes contain all the fresh, raw ingredients direct from local farmers and producers. They have over 500 meal kits/recipes to choose from and are a fun way to make a restaurant quality meal. You can visit their website here and check out their delicious menus.
While attending the Knowledge Market, we also had a sneak peek at Saluministi. It is one of Melbourne’s favourite boutique Italian salumi bar. They have now since opened their doors so you can go and taste their fabulous homemade authentic Italian salumi. Make sure you also try their tasty paninis and decadent desserts too.
They serve an amazing special cremino (sugar-cream) with their stovetop coffee. We couldn’t stop drinking it.
You can attend a salumi making workshop and see how Saluministi makes their Authentic Italian Salumi.
Knowledge Market location is at Shop 8-10, 892 Bourke Street, Victoria Harbour, Docklands. It is currently a pop-up community that will be running for 12 months.
You can head on over to their website here to see what workshops are coming up.
