In The Garden….. A bit slow
What has been happening In The Garden this week:
- The rainbow chard has received treatment and is on the mend. The powdery mildew has gone. There are some nice big leaves that are ready to be picked, might use some on the weekend.
- The rogue pumpkin plant is flowering. Will wait and see if anything grows.
- More flowers from the strawberry plant are showing. Perfect little surprises!
And that’s about all that has been going on in our garden. I have been a bit slow in keeping up with the veggie garden. I would like to plant some more lettuce seeds and see what else that is in season that needs to be planted. I have been busy with other things. I have spent some more time with my crafting which keeps me inside most of the day. I hope to get out in the garden on the weekend and sow some seeds. Don’t want to fall too far behind with the veggie garden, got to keep those veggies growing!
You can head on over to dusty country road and see what is happening in Jacqui’s garden. She has got some great rainbow chard growing aswell. I am joining Jacqui every Friday for In The Garden post. Don’t forget to share what has been happening in your garden this week. Just leave a link to your blog in Jacqui’s comments so we can have a look.
Enjoy your weekend.
