To kick start our chilly Saturday we visited Drumplings for their Bottomless Brunch menu.
Once seated, the delicious bacon & eggs dumplings soon arrived with our pre midday bottomless drinks.
We choose the Drumplings Draught and the Lychee Tea Sangria.
The drinks were then followed with the Chili Sichuan pepper calamari with a little dipping bowl of sriracha mayonnaise, and the lovely Peppered Pork Sliders.
We couldn’t pass up having a couple more drinks so we choose the Hills Apple Cider and the Mimosa. Then the last dish came out and it was a sweet one, a French Toast Bao with chili chocolate ice-cream. Wait for the heat to sneak up on you! The first taste you get is chocolate and then after a few seconds, the heat of the chilli hits you. It’s a great accompaniment with the dessert Bao.
